I would never take my car to Pep Boys ever again. They take advantage of trying to say that they have to do an inspection on your vehicle to see what’s wrong with it even if you already know what is needed and then they charge you a large price for the inspection, even though my inspection said exactly what I said they needed to do.

My coolant hose fitting had snapped and they were able to repair that and give my truck a tune up for a great price and with a quick turnaround! The workers were very nice and helpful!

Paul, the mechanic who took care of my car, did a great job of correcting a problem created by an oil change service at another location (NOT at a Pep Boys center). The oil cap had not been replaced following an oil change by a well known competitor. Two months later my engine began making strange noises and belts began squealing loudly. This continued for several days. Finally, mostly because I needed to add water to my windshield washer, I opened the hood and saw that the cap had not been replaced. I immediately took it to Pep Boys because it was less than a mile away. Paul found the problems and corrected them in a timely manner. He also found the oil cap entangled in some mechanical parts on the opposite side of the engine. Throughout this process, I was kept well-informed and and comfortable. As an older woman, I really appreciated everyone treating me with respect and not like I was totally in the dark when it came to automobiles, which sadly is what happens most often. And I really do mean EVERYONE there because I interacted with a number of mechanics and other staff, but Paul really put me at ease with his courtesy.

I came to this Pep Boys location with my daughter over concerns with her car leaking oil. I was very impressed by the service team, especially Paul, for their quick communication and service, and on a holiday no less. I will bring my own car here for service from now on.

My battery was acting up and I noice that I purchased it from Pep Boys. I remember why I bought it from Pep Boys. Because they were the most reasonable price on battery's. I called and they answered the phone very quickly. Becky answered the phone and was very helpful. When I arrived they were ready to help me and tested my battery before I got a new one. Come to find out it was under warranty and they let me know. I was very pleased with with the outcome because I only had to pay $3 dollar fee. Becky was very helpful and knowledgeable. She made my experience very easy. I will be coming back if I need anymore help with my car. 5 STARS
